White wine - Mirabelle - jam with cinnamon
ingredients
1.2 kg mirabelles, pitted weighed
300 ml wine, white
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pack of gelling sugar 1: 3

The corpseled mirabelles eighth. Place in a saucepan. Add the white wine and season with the cinnamon (quantity to taste). Add the gelling sugar and mix well. Approximately 1 hour of juice. Bring everything to a boil. Using a potato stirrer to crumble to the desired consistency. Approximately Leave to boil for 5 minutes.
Rinse and fill prepared glasses. Firmly screwed and allowed to cool down.
