Nutrition In Jengkol
Rich in Iron
Iron is a necessary thing in the body. Iron plays a role in transporting oxygen from the lungs throughout the body's cellular tissues and transporting the body's electrons that act as power plants in the body's cells. In transporting oxygen, combining iron and proteins will make hemoglobin in red blood cells and myoglobin in the muscle fibers that act in the formation of enzymes, which act to give rise to body endurance.
Inside jengkol there is 4.7 grams of iron per 100 grams.
