two chicken legs
one piece of butter

1/2 cup of yogurt (quark)
1/2 tablespoon of salt
1/2 tablespoon of red pepper powder

1/2 tablespoon coriander leaves
1/2 tablespoon of garlic paste
1/2 tablespoon of turmeric powder
1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon of Tandoori Masala
1/2 tablespoon of mint
1/2 tablespoon of ginger paste
two tablespoons of mustard oil
How to make chicken Tandoori
Stage 1: Wash the chicken pieces and pass them. Prepare a marinade with yogurt, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cilantro powder, tandoori masala, lemon juice, coriander leaves, mint leaves, mustard oil, green pepper, ginger and pasta of garlic. If the marinade is ready, spread all over the chicken thighs and let marinate overnight.
