Today I decided to eat a Cheese Burger.
At the time of this post I am still waiting for it to cool down , being so hot from the microwave.

I am completley ignoring the ingredients, yes there are a lot of food additives in there

At least it is not expired ...

Additive nameWhat it is used for
E472eIt is used in crusty breads, such as rye bread with a springy, chewy texture, as well as biscuits, coffee whiteners, ice cream, and salad dressings.
E282Propionic acid and propionates are used as preservatives, mainly against fungi.
E300Ascorbic acid also known as Vitamin C, essential for growth, healthy teeth, gums, bones, skin and blood vessels and aiding the absorption of iron, is found naturally in many fresh fruits and vegetables.
E451Buffers, stabilizers and emulsifiers. Also used to retain water during processing.
E202Sorbic acid is a preservative, mainly against fungi and yeasts. It is not effective against bacteria. Optimal activity is at pH values below 6.5 (acid and slightly acid foods).
E160cIt is used for colouring . Is a deep red colouring and flavoring, derived from red bell peppers (capsicum annuum). Common names used for this additive are: paprika extract, capsanthin or capsorubin.
E331Mono , di and trisodium citrate. It seems to increase the activity of many antioxidants. It is used as an acidity regulator as well as aroma compound. Using this also decreases the rowing of fruits ans veggies and increases gel strength in marmelades. Yum...
E339Commercially produced from phosphoric acid, which is produced from phosphate mined in the US. It also it is used to increase the activity of antioxidants, prevents desiccation and is used as an acid stabilizer in powders as well as to prevent formation of clumps
E452Sequestrants (metal binders), stabilizer and emulsifiers. This also used to retain water during processing and storage. So much water retention ....
E330Citric acid. This is also used as an acidity regulator as well as aroma compound.
E160aIt is an orange / yellow colouring that, once in the body, is converted to Vitamin A. This colouring may not be suitable for vegetarians because gelatine, which is derived from cattle or fish, may be used as a stabilizer.

So, a lot of acidity regulators, colouring agents, flavoring, stabilizers, what do you think ?
Is this healthy enough to eat daily or monthly ?

I think the real question should be how many months could you continue eating them?

With that said, I know it's wrong, but I do enjoy a good microwaved snack now and then.

I'm partial to these, not sure if they're available in the UK:

Truth be told, they're probably just as bad for you if you go to a White Castle and get them "fresh".

As far as I know there is something similar to White Castle : http://Wimpy.uk.com , but I have never been there, they seem to have Jalapeno Cheesburgers.
Searching Google for White Castle , found the website and they are telling me that the closest Caste is in New York :) , that is a bit far for me haha.

Their menu if anyone is interested: https://www.wimpy.uk.com/images/downloads/Menu/2017/LunchMenu_2017.pdf

Thank you for taking the time to reply!

White Castle is unique even for America.

They were the original "slider", i.e tiny little hamburgers and their founders created what has become the "fast food" concept whereby the cooks are really just technicians who produce standardized product.

Some people refer to their hamburgers as "Gut grenades" because they can feel like they've exploded in your belly if you've had too many.

More likely, the upset stomach can come from the alcohol consumed during the night and people like to go to White Castle for "drunk" food.
