80 g de purée d’amande
• 50 g de cassonade
• 20 g de sucre blond de canne
• 1 gros oeuf
• 120 g de farine de blé T65
• 1 cuillerée à café de poudre à lever
• 60 g de pépites de chocolat
- Dans un saladier, mélangez la purée d’amande
avec les deux sucres. - Ajoutez l’oeuf battu puis incorporez la farine
et la poudre à lever préalablement mélangées. - Ajoutez les pépites de chocolat.
- Formez des boules avec vos mains et aplatissezles
pour leur donner une forme de cookies. - Faites cuire 12 min dans le four préchauffé à180°C.
