Mushroom omelet

Ingredients and Mushroom Egg Seeds:
50 gr mushroom (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 spring onion (finely sliced)
50 gr carrot (grated)
5 eggs
1 tomato (cored, box cut)
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
1 tbsp oil

How To Make Mushroom Omelette:

  1. Heat oil. Saute the garlic until fragrant. Add mushrooms. Stir until wilted and remove.
  2. Mix the spices and other ingredients into the bowl. Stir well.
  3. Pour the dough and mushrooms into the pan, let it half-baked and then fold in half.
  4. The mushroom omelet is ready to be served.
