[Indonesian Food Recipes] Shrimp + Pete With Spicy Sauce By Roschelle Kitchen

Ingredients

200 g small shrimp / medium size
8 pete stalk
1 pound red tomato (seeded and cut)
Sufficient salt, sugar, water and soy sauce
Ground spices :
3/4 ounces red pepper
8 btr bamer
2 btr baput

Steps

  • Fried shrimp half cooked, lift and set aside

  • Saute bamer and baput until fragrant with oil former fry shrimp.

  • Add the red chilli and tomatoes, stir-fry until the ripe and fragrant

  • Add bananas and shrimp, stir

  • Spread with salt and a little sugar, stir, give a little sweet soy sauce

  • Add a little water, taste test, lift and shrimp _ pete ready to eat with lalapan leaf lettuce and cucumber .. yummyyyyy
