Ingredients
1 kg of white snapper, cleaned and cut to taste
5 grains of garlic, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 tomato, cut to taste
1 celery stick, cut 2
1 orange juice
Ginger to taste, sliced
A pinch of salt

Steps
Snapper that has been cleaned adding salt and lime juice, let briefly.
Saute garlic until fragrant then put onion stir-fry until wilted.
