Ice cream in ice cold December?

When my friend visited I showed her some of the touristic stuff you can do in Frankfurt when all of a sudden she was craving ice-cream.

At 4 degrees celcius.

I've never been to Häagen-Dazs before, mainly because I'm not that hyped about paying 3 euros for a spoon of ice-cream.

However, Häagen-Dazs does have some nice flavours.

Their waffles and brownies are also quite good.

Sitting down

When you choose to sit down and eat inside, you get a fancy menu and can order from a wide variety of sweet looking creations.

I almost couldn't decide which one to pick since they all looked fantastic. And were in the same price range.

Ended up ordering a Beligan waffle with two scoops of ice cream with a flavour whose name I can't remember. That's probably already an indicator that their ice cream is outstanding. Or just made fancy by coming up with extraordinary names.

My friend ordered some crepe creation :D

The little chocolate plate they put on top of your whipped cream is quite enjoyable haha

Both of the creations were delicious and filling.

However, I'm not sure I would become a repeat customer and pay 10 bucks for fancy ice cream.

But I have to give it to my friend: ice cream in freezing temperatures is not a bad idea :D
