Good morning, its jum at, is getting up? This morning i just finish my project that is new to make a roll of dadar, in our language called "timphan balloon"
Timphan balloon is a favorite morning cake for parents and children, I do not know what about teenagers.lol

Soft food that is suitable consumed in the morning. Anyone want to try?

Material contents :

200 grams of coconut half old, coarsely grated
100 grams of brown sugar, comb
30 grams of sugar
50 ml of water
¼ tsp salt
Leather Material:
225 grams of wheat flour
30 gram tapioca flour
250 ml coconut milk from ½ coconut
3 eggs, shake off
75 ml of suji leaf water
½ tsp salt

HOW TO MAKE A REAL TRADITIONAL COAL CAKE:

Dough fill; Cook grated coconut, brown sugar, sugar, add water and salt while stirring until smooth, lift and chill.
Stir well flour, tapioca and salt and add a mixture of coconut milk, suji leaf water and eggs. Stir the dough until the dough is completely flat. Pour the dough into a hot, sticky wok, make the omelette with a thin shape.

Take a piece of leather, fill in the dough and wrap it like an envelope, do it until the dough runs out. Can be served 15 to 17 pieces.

Tips:
When making a dough skin dough, the pan is heated first so that the pit pit. Wok sounds when the dough is poured.
