GREEN TEA/MATCHA Smoothie

A refreshing drink, lactose-free but rich in antioxidants thanks to matcha.


Preparation: 5 min
Ingredients for 1 serving:


– 1 banana, small, ripe, crushed
– 1/2 tsp (1 g) of matcha (fine green tea powder), or more to taste
– 2 tsp (10 mL) maple syrup
– 65 g of silky tofu
– 1 cup almond drink, unsweetened, enriched


Preparation

Crush the banana on a plate, add the matcha and mix well. Transfer to a blender or food processor. Add syrup, tofu and almond milk.
Mix at high speed for about 1 or 2 minutes, until an emulsion is obtained. Serve.
