theres a new pakistani indian place up the road...
they introduced themselves with bogof dishes..
after the first visit i was hooked..
after the 3rd visit i was BROKE.. not really..
but that shits EXPENSIVE!
so i decided to make my own..
i made a few changes.. i used
- cubed boneless skinless chicken breast
- red onions
- the suggested anaheim pepper
NEXT time i will use..
- fewer cumin seeds (or grind them a little )
- spicier pepper
- finer chop on the almonds
and i heated up the fresh made tortillas from my local kroger store
