Mango Sour Cream Dessert.

Ingredients:


Pistachios ( 9 grams)
Mango pulp (1 cup)
Powder sugar (1 cup)
Sour cream (1 cup)

Method:


Add sour cream and all ingredients in a bowl.
Mix vigorously.
Decorate with pistachio.

    Just Great! We also add raisins and sultanas to it...and I have created my own version and add some Crunchy Muesli on the top as garnishing!!!makes it so yummy and so very crunchy to start with...though in a while it absorbs moisture and becomes soggy at the end!!! Hmmmm!!! :)
