1 cup pineapples
0.375 L water
1 Cucumber
Half lemon
10 dates

Method

Cut all of them.
Remove their seeds.
Blend them all.
Ready to drink.

    Great Detox recipe. Cucumbers hydrate and do wonders to the skin and dates are the rich source of iron and help build haemoglobin levels. Thanks for sharing.
