Starting a series of working in a professional kitchen. Follow along for all the info on what goes on behind the scenes and some recipes I am working on.
Picture of my favorite piece of equipment: the grill. We grill up seafood and beef and I’ll occasionally use it to keep stocks or sauces warm.
Refrigerators with list of things to do :/
Working on a thai style seafood soup with squash and zucchinis and assorted veg. Why? Because I have 2 cases to use up. Any recipe ideas welcomed!
That’s a real quick tour for now...need a nap before tonight’s shift but will be back with more hits and misses.
