This is a simple recipe for Caramel sauce
What you will need:
½ a can of condensed milk
1 tablespoon of golden syrup
75g of butter
What you need to do:
Place all ingredients in a medium sauce pan, and cook at medium heat, make sure to stir regularly do it doesn't burn on the bottom.
The color should get deeper the longer you stir it.
Taste it regularly and when you think it has had enough take it off the heat and allow to cool slightly before using
