How to make a simple and delicious Chocolate Ganache
What you will need:
1 1/2 cups chocolate, broken into pieces
1 cup of cream
Method:
Heat chocolate in a double boiler or in a heat proof bowl set over a pan of simmering water (make sure the water doesn't touch the bowl).
Heat until the chocolate has melted.
Remove from the heat and gradually add the cream and mix well, as you mix it the chocolate should get darker.
Once mixed pour over the dessert item and enjoy!
Lasts for 7-9 days in the refrigerator.
