Pinoy Food Blog # 1 Dinuguan

"Dinuguan" is a popular Filipino dish stew made of pork meat cooked in a pig’s blood, added some vinegar and spices. Off of its parts are traditionally used in this rich and spicy dish but since I was able to get intrigued enough to give it a try. I used pork belly to control the fear factor. I have already has to wrestle with the idea of eating pork blood and to add bits and pieces of ears, snouts, stomach and kidneys into the mix bowl. It might sound gruesome, trust me you'll love it! It might be too much for the poor guy to handle in one sitting, but it surely leave you an awe!!
