Cooking Recipes: Zucchini Cake

Hey hey hey, how's everyone? I saw this funny statement that said: "How do you like your eggs?" "Umm, in a cake." Lol, I could relate and guess what? We're making CAKE! More specifically, a Zucchini cake.

What you'll need:

. 400 grams all-purpose flour
. One and a half tsp salt
. One tsp ground nutmeg
. Two tsp baking soda
. One tsp ground cinnamon
. 600 grams sugar
. 240 ml vegetable oil
. Four eggs, beaten
. 80 ml water
. 450 grams grated zucchini
. One tsp lemon juice
. 125 grams chopped walnuts or pecans

Let's make a cake:

. Preheat your oven to 180º C
. Combine flour, nutmeg, salt, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder in a large bowl
. In another, mix the eggs, water, zucchini, oil, and lemon juice then pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and thoroughly mix
. Add the walnuts/pecans and fold in
. Spray two standard bread pans with nonstick spray and bake the cake mixture for 60 minutes or until a tester comes out clean
. You can also use five mini loaf pans instead. The baking time will be 45 minutes
