SATSUMA CAKE!!

Half way through boiling my satsuma slices in a mixture of 1/3 cup of satsuma juice, half a lemon, 1 cup of sugar and tsp of salt! Boil till transulent, then place ontop of your vanila cake, pop in the oven for 50 minutes and continue to boil the sugar mixture till it becomes a thick syrup and drizzle it over the top while hot allow to warm and BOOM! It's amazing!
