Thin sliced potatoes, butter, challots (onion) and thyme.
season potatoes with salt and fresh ground pepper and put one layer in the bottom of a pan.
Sprinkle, spray or paint a layer of butter on to the potato layer and sprinkle with finechopped challots and thyme.
REPEAT!
bake the layers until tender at low heat (below 150 celcius) and put under pressure when cooling (4-5-6 layers) or Roll up when lukewarm (2-3 layers) ... Cut when set and reheat to a slight crisp.
