Most of you have heard about Kabab in Sub-continent, well today I am sharing with you an amazing Chapli Kabab recipe and i hope you will love it.
There are different types of Kabab, which is eaten in different areas of sub-continent but chapli kabab is a famous dish in Peshawar and tribal areas of Pakistan. I am the only person in my friends who knows how to cook. So my friends told me they want to eat Chapli Kabab tonight, I said no problem, You all know it feels awesome to spend time with your close friends, so we get together mostly on Friday and Saturday.
This dish is very delicious and very easy to make you can make the Kabab in 20 min, but of course you must know how to make it. You can make it with every meat and it is tastier with Beef but I used chicken in it because most of my friends do not eat Beef.
Ingredients
chicken mince 1 kg, Eggs 3, Salt to taste, Corn flour 1 cup, Red pepper 3 tsp , Coriander seeds 2 tsp , Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp (crushed), Onion 2 (chopped), Tomato 3, Mint 1 bunch, Green chilies 8 (chopped), Black peppercorns 10-15, Cumin seeds 1 tsp (crushed), Green coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in the minced meat, along with eggs. Form the shape you want to give the kabab its up to you. make the kabab thin and big in size so it will cook from inside easily. After giving them shape shallow fry it and serve it with salad and bread.
