Yum, yum, yum. Are there any other words to describe a good chocolate mud cake? This is a good (soon to be was) chocolate mud cake. There are two possible accompaniments to go with chocolate cake, cream or ice cream (either chocolate or vanilla).
There are only two problems when it comes to good chocolate cake. One, I always want another piece, two, I ALWAYS want another piece. I have been know to have some for breakfast, during the day, and after dinner. So if the cake is big enough three times a day, until gone. Sounds like medicine, my kind of medicine, :) take one with each meal until gone.
