Pancake with banana caramel:

 ingredients:

Pasta:

1 egg;
1 cup yogurt;
1 cup (tea) of wheat flour;
2 tablespoons (soup) of sugar;
1 or 1/2 teaspoon (soup) of melted butter and already cold;
1 plantain peeled and mashed with a fork;
1 teaspoon (tsp) baking powder chemical.

Roof:

2 tablespoons (soup) of butter
4 tablespoons (soup) of sugar
3 nanicas banana slices 1 cm
Juice of 1 medium orange
Zest of orange peel.

Method of preparation:

In a bowl, mix all the dough ingredients. Use a fork or a spatula. Prepare the pancakes in a small nonstick skillet, using four tablespoons (soup) of dough for each. The pancakes will be thick. Book-hot (over a pan of boiling water).

Coverage: light the fire in a medium skillet the butter with the sugar, stirring until the sugar melts. Add the bananas and orange juice and cook over high heat, stirring constantly until the cook bananas. Serve the pancakes topped with bananas and sprinkled with zest of orange.
