MY KIND OF BREAKFAST TODAY

This is "Tinolang Isda With Green Leafy Vegetables" with "Ginamos" as appetizer. I woke early in the morning just to cook this. It's been a long time since I haven't cook veggies then. I always cook meats like chicken, pork, beef and some other instant or easy to cook because of lack of time since I need to go to work before 8:30 in the morning. I am now living at my sister's house in Lambaguhon MSU-IIT COOP HOUSING since my father, mother and sister have their vacation at Bohol. bohol is the hom/birth place of our parents. since its been so so long time already my parents went there at Bohol.

Anyway, I wanted to share with you on how to cook this Tinolang Isda loved by all Filipinos.

Ingredients:

  • Any kind of fresh fish
  • Malunggay or Moringga Leaves
  • Alugbati or Malabar spinach (Scientific name)
  • Cabbage
  • Tanglad or Lemongrass
  • Onion
  • Ginger
  • Salt
  • MSG for seasoning

Instruction

  1. First, boil 1 liter of water

  1. When water is boiled, put the fish and the onion, lemongrass and ginger.

  1. Wait for 5-7 minutes until fish is cook and then add Salt and MSG for seasoning.

You can now enjoy having a healthier and more efficient lifestyle!
