Baby Led Weaning

I started Baby Led Weaning (BLW) with my daughter at 6 months, as soon as she was ready for solids. I started with just plain vegetable and fruits, like steamed carrot sticks, steamed broccoli and banana. She took to it very well and we've moved onto some lovely food.

This is an example of her weekend breakfast - Toast with unsalted butter, sausage patties, and a little smoothie

This is one of her lunches on our favourite bamboo plate - Roasted chicken, broccoli and pasta with butternut squash sauce.
