Cannelloni - pasta in the form of large tubes that can be stuffed with any filling.
The name sounds, of course, amazing, the taste is even better, and cooking is easier than ever.
Ingredients:
A pack of 250 grams of cannelloni
500 gr Minced
2 pcs tomato
1 pc onion
1 pc carrot
100 grams of hard cheese
50 grams of butter
300 ml of milk
100 gr cream
to taste Greens
2 cloves Garlic
Steps
Cut onions and carrots, send to the pan, send the stuffing in a couple of minutes, break all the lumps. Cook until liquid evaporates.
Cut tomatoes into small cubes, send to mince, simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. At the end add your favorite greens, garlic, salt and spices. Turn off the fire.
Next, you need to prepare the sauce. Classic bechamel does not go here, but we will cook based on. Heat butter in a skillet, add milk and cream, rub garlic and salt a little. For the density, you can add 2 tablespoons of flour and stir well. Bring to a boil and turn off the heat.
Now we take the raw cannelloni (we do not boil them beforehand) and stuff them, but we don’t need to fill them much, otherwise they will burst during cooking. Gently fold them into a baking dish and pour over the sauce.
We send in the oven warmed to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Fifteen minutes before readiness we reach the dish and sprinkle generously with grated cheese. Serve hot immediately after cooking💛
