Home made tomato sauce

Hi all thought i would share this with you all. On friday i was given a box of tomatos at the time i didnt no what i was going to do with them so after some thinking and a chat to the wife i decided i was going to make tomato sauce. I called my mother to ask if she had a good tomato sauce recipe and like all good mums it wasnt long gefore she sent me thos recipe. The only diference was i didn't have the amount of tomatos the recipe called for but i done some maths and sorted out what i need haha it is a wonderful recipe but a little hard to read but im sure you will work it out. The sauce is AMAZING by the way and recommend you try it. Thanks.!() I only had 2kg of tomatoes and this is what i managed to make.
