Ingredients
2 cups of Milk
2 Eggs
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
2 cups of All Purpose Flour
2 tsp of Baking Powder
2 Tbsp of Sugar
1 pinch of Salt
1 Tbsp of Vegetable Oil
Makes about 16 pancakes
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients and let the batter sit for 5 minutes. Be careful to not overmix the batter.
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray it with oil or add a tiny bit of butter to help them not stick.
Spoon ¼ cup of batter onto your skillet. Cook first side until bubbles form on top for about a minute or so and then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
