The key to losing weight in a healthy way is to find a balance between diet and exercise. A healthy diet provides you with a large body of nutrients and protein, and limits sugar, fat and cholesterol. Give you the energy to maintain a regular and complete exercise regime. Here are some tips for maintaining a balance between diet and exercise.

A nutritionist can design a diet plan that meets your health needs. A personal trainer will keep you motivated and will help you to exercise all the parts of your body.
A nutritionist will consider pre-existing health conditions, as well as your age and weight when designing a diet plan for you. It can also teach you what types of foods to avoid and how to limit sugar, fat and cholesterol.
Personal trainers are available at most public gyms and you can design a regular exercise program that includes equal amounts of cardiovascular and aerobic exercise. A coach will also provide support and prevent you from cheating or shortening workouts "

Follow the guidelines of the USDA for a balanced diet.
Although your dietary needs may vary, the USDA Food Pyramid is the best guide to consume the recommended daily amounts of grains, protein, dairy, fruits and vegetables. Create your diet around these guidelines and try to consume at least the minimum of these daily servings. It is important to reduce calories in small amounts gradually in various areas of the diet, rather than cutting a food group altogether. This gradual change will keep your metabolism active and maintain your energy level to do the daily exercise.

Eat several small meals during the day. Also, schedule your meals before and after exercising.
Eating 5 or 6 small meals during the day instead of a few large meals will keep your metabolism stimulated during the day and help you lose weight. A high carbohydrate meal just before exercising will give you lots of energy to do the exercise, while high protein foods will help you rejuvenate after exercising.

Drink lots of water.
Take at least 8 glasses of water a day, including at least 1 after exercising. Water keeps you hydrated, improves your metabolism and stimulates cell production.

Eat the recommended daily amount of calories according to the USDA. This varies depending on your height, weight and age. High blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol also affect this number. Keep this calorie limit in mind when you plan your proportions for meals.

Create a stimulating exercise plan.
Design a plan that you will enjoy and follow. Your exercise regime should pressure you to exercise hard without being dangerous. It alternates different activities, like running, swimming, and lifting of weights, to avoid boring you.
Create a diet plan and exercises that are gradual, and do not drastically change your lifestyle. Perform a few short exercises during the day, instead of a long session to accustom your body to regular exercise. Short periods of exercise will balance your small meals during the day, so that you have energy but do not feel heavy or swollen.

Exercise at a time that is right for you.
Stimulating your body with an exercise in the morning will keep your metabolism high throughout the day. If you are not a morning person, try to schedule the exercise after work to relax your day. End your daily exercise at least 2 hours before the time you plan to go to sleep, to allow you to relax your body and prepare to rest.

Plan a balanced diet and exercise based on your overall goals. Adjusts balance to fit muscle loss or gain.
It includes a lot of cardiovascular exercise, such as running or aerobics if you are trying to lose weight. Balance this exercise regimen with a diet low in carbohydrates and sugars to encourage your body to break down excess fat instead of storing it.
Concentrate on weight training and endurance exercises, if you are at your ideal weight but you want to gain muscle and be more fit. Improve exercise sessions by eating a diet high in protein and carbohydrates to give your body energy for endurance.
