Chocolate cinnamon roles recipe

Hello people from Steemit, I belong to the community of @thealliance a long time ago and as it is normal in this community I have to do a weekly task, where my teachers give me a topic and I have to do a post about that topic, it can be whatever, this week the topic is CHOCOLATE.


As the post has to do with food, it occurred to me to make a recipe for some cinnamon rolls with chocolate.


It is a simple recipe that anyone can do, let's start with the ingredients.


Ingredients:

2 cups wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
4 tablespoons butter + 1 tablespoon melted apart
3/4 cup liquid milk
1/4 cup sugar + ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
Powdered sugar
Cocoa

1) To start, flour, baking soda, sugar and salt should be placed in a bowl.


2) When all the dry ingredients are in the bowl, place the butter and beat slowly.


3) Add little by little the milk until you have a dough where you can knead with your hands.


4) Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes, while resting, add 1/4 cup sugar + ½ teaspoon of cinnamon in a glass (We will place this when we have the flattened dough).


5) Place flour on the surface where the mixture is to be placed, with a kitchen roll flatten the mixture until it has a rectangular shape.


6) Add the tablespoon of melted butter throughout the dough, then add the mixture of sugar and cinnamon little by little until everything is covered.


(Sorry for not taking pictures of the rest, I did not think about making a post about this, I just made the recipe hahaha)

7) Roll the dough little by little, leaving no space, all compact.


8) Cutting depending on how big you want the cinnamon rolls.


9) Place in a mold, separated so that when they grow, they do not collide and stay stuck.


  1. Cook for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.


  1. Prepare the chocolate, simply add powdered sugar, cocoa and little by little add little water, go beat until you get a delicious mixture.


  1. when ready to let stand and then add the chocolate.


  1. Let them cool until the chocolate hardens.


  1. Eat them as if there was no tomorrow.

Tips:

To know that they are ready, to see that they have a golden color, always leave a test one, the one they can take out of the oven, to test if it is still raw or not, to know how others are doing.


You can also see through the bottom to see the color you have, so you know they were not burned and are perfectly cooked.



For a long time I love to cook, I always look for new recipes where I can learn more, the chocolate glaze that I made only occurred to me to put it this time, but it is still delicious, it is a recipe that is worth doing for a weekend or when you are alone.
