I've cleaned up my eating ever since I discovered I was Celiac (gluten intolerant) in 2009. Cutting out gluten was difficult enough that I decided to go the full mile and cut out soda, candy, fast food, etc. while I was at it. I have never looked back. In fact, I feel better than I ever have and continue to improve my diet by cutting down on meat and loading up on the leafy greens.
