I've had a quite nice Saturday, and I though that I would share with you the smoothie bowl I started my day with today. This is a peppermint smoothie bowl that only requires 5 ingredients: bananas, spinach, plant milk, peppermint extract, and a little bit of dark chocolate. This bowl is the perfect, sweet snack and one could even make a pretty lovely peppermint nice cream just by using frozen bananas.
Peppermint Smoothie Bowl
- 2 bananas, I like these fridge cold for this bowl
- handful of spinach
- 2 tbsp of plant milk
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp of peppermint extract, adjust for your own taste!
- little bit of dark chocolate
- Put the bananas, spinach, plant milk and peppermint extract to a blender and mix until nice and smooth.
- Pour the smoothie in a bowl.
- Chop a little bit of dark chocolate and sprinkle on top of the smoothie.
