Rice steamed bun,is made with Chinese Rice Wine.Really sweet and a little sour,sour because of chinese rice wine.

polished round-grained rice:160g
Chinese Rice Wine:40g
Small bamboo steamer:1piece
Gauze:30cm diameter
Above recipe depend on you.You can add by proportion.
1.Wash rice for four times,and put the rice into the cold water lasts for 12hours.
2.Get the rice and wash one time,put the dry rice with Chinese Rice Wine.
3.Grind the mixture by food processer,can add some water.
4.After get the mixture millered food,let it fermentation.after fermentation three times.
we will get get below mixture.
5.We put the Gauze on the Steaming plate,pour the fermentation mixture one spoon by spoon.
6.Use middle fire to steam,when the water is boiling,steam 10minutes more.
Done!you will never forget this flavour after you taste it.
