Steam Seabrass is a simple and delicious dish. Preparation time approximately 20mins
Ingredient List:
- Seabrass 700gram
- Ginger 5 thin slices
- Corrianger 2 stalks (Wash and chopped for garnishing)
Sauce seasoning :
- Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
- Light soya sauce 1.5 tablespoon
- Sugar 0.5 tablespoon
- Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
- White fine pepper one pitch
- Water 0.5 tablespoon
- Chinese Cooking wine 1 tablespoon
Wash and de-scale fish. Marinate with some salt and place ginger slices
Ready for steam for around 15mins
While waiting for the fish to be ready. Prepare the seasoning sauce and mix them all together & mix well.
When fish is ready, remove the water from fish or transfer the fish to a new plate.
Pour the seasoning sauce and place garnish, ready to be served.
