Who loves cupcake rise your hand up! As always, cupcakes is always a great company for your tea time. Well, share you with love!
Ingredients:
- 3 egg yolks
- 30 gr milk
- 30 gr oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- salt
- 60 gr flour
- 3 egg whites
- 60 gr sugar
Instructions:
- Whisk (hand) egg yolks with milk and oil.
- Add in flour, salt and vanilla. Whisk well, set a side.
- Start with meringue, beat egg whites in high speed.
- Gradually add sugar until it forms soft peaks.
- Now mix the batter with meringue by folding techniques.
- Place on cup cakes mold.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Top with butter cream, choco sprinkle and candy.
- Serve.

hi @ jumaidafajar, i love cupcake and i have to lift my hand, heehee .... actually cupcake is a cake that likes people especially women. cupcake is often found in pastry shops around us. this cake is not durable, more than 3 days this cake can be stale because this cake contains milk, eggs and chocolate.
