I love tuna so much and love it more when bath it with our Sambai spice. Oh yeah! My lunch plate is just gonna be cleaned up! Wanna taste some fiery lunch? Here's how to make them.
Ingredients:
- Tuna
- Cooking oil
Sambai:
- Red chili
- Shallot
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Tomato
- Salt sugar
- Screwpine/pandan leaf
Instructions:
- Fry tuna, then drain
- Soften the sambai seasoning
- Saute the soften seasoning
- Add in pandan leaf
- Add in salt, wait until oily
- Add in sugar
- Last, add in tuna.
Hmmm...with a plate of warm rice, it's perfect. Bon Apetit!
