Savory Red Fish

Steemians, Moms..! Another fish dishes on plate today. Savory fish? Well, it's my little kitchen experiment. Thinking about cooking with oil free so I want it to be steamed instead. So, Voila! "Savory Red Fish ala Ju". :D

Walking to fish market and want to try this red fish. It was only 50.000 IDR /kg.

After removing the scales and gill, wash and now ready for seasoning bath. :D
Seasoning; candle nut, shallot, garlic, turmeric, lemon grass, ginger, nutmeg and caraway.

Get into the oven.

While waiting for the fish, I was making some Sambai for the fish.

Shallot, tomato, red chili, coconut and keffir leaf, soy sauce and a slice of lime.

Take out the fish from the oven and serve along with soy sauce sambai.
