Mango Tofu content with spring onions and black beans

chopped 2 tbsp water 1 teaspoon ginger,
chopped 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
How To Make Mapo Tofu With Spring Onions And Black Beans
Wok or pan in hot cooking oil and Sichuan oil, put the pepper bean paste, spicy black beans, sauté it.
Add ginger, garlic, chili powder and sot for a while.
Add dark soya and water.
Add silk tofu, leek, spring onion, and sugar, boil it for 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare a stainless steel bowl thickness starch and add potato starch and water.
Adjust the thickness with potato starch and add it.
Serve hot
