Ingredients to make Rava Dosa
1 cup Rava (Semolina)
1 cup Rice Flour
1/2 cup Maida
2 3/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Buttermilk
1 Green Chili chopped
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
4-5 Curry Leaves
2 tbsp Oil
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Salt to Taste
How to create Rava dosa
1/4 " Mix 4 cups of buttermilk + 1 cup into the water and leave it for 15-30 minutes. In a bowl mix the rice flour, maida black pepper, salt, ginger, chopped curry leaf and rava mixture. Add at least water and stir continuously so that no lump is formed. Wipe the dried and heat the non-stick griddle thoroughly and reduce the flame to medium. Spread from the ladle like a normal dosa with the help of Dosa. 2-3 teaspoons oil on the corners of the top and top of the dosa. The dosa is cooked on one side once by rotating it. Sambar/ Serve the dosa with the coconut chutney.
