Composition:
Potatoes – 3 PCs.
Smoked sausage – 50 gr.
Sausage – 50 gr.
Boiled sausage – 50 gr.
Onion – 1 PC.
Leek – 50 gr.
Cream – 50 ml.
Green onions.
Salt, black pepper – to taste.
Method of preparation:
1. Sausages cut into thin slices, the sausage of both types small cubes and lightly fry in vegetable oil.
2. Leeks finely chopped.
3. Onion cut into half rings.
4. Add both types of onion to the sausages and lightly fry.
5. Potatoes clean, cut into medium-sized slices and add to the pan, fry until Golden brown onions.
6. Pour the ingredients with water to just shut down. To cook under a lid for 30 minutes on low heat, then season with salt and pepper, add the cream, stir, bring to a boil and turn off.
7. The dish is ready, when serving add chopped green onions.
