Avocado and eggs are a match made in heaven. You've probably had avocado toast with poached eggs on top, or scrambled egg tacos with guacamole, but these scrambled eggs served in avocado halves might just take the cake. I mean, look how cute they are!

Agreed scrambled egg and avocado go extremely well together. Also like to add Smoked Salmon to this mix as all three really complement each other. :-)
