Tomato cucumber salad.

Sometimes the tastiest food is the simple ones.  And most definitely, the best meals are the fresh meals. With few ingredients involved, without destroying them in heat, these are the most fulfilling. Today, we made a fresh tomato salad with egg.  Using some mortgage lifter tomatoes, english cucumber, onion, hard boil egg, white cheese, salt, and a bit of olive oil. It's a perfect salad to cool off with.
