今天为大家介绍的是羊肉汤,里面主要加入了中药材,既补血又补气。

羊肉 600克
黄芪、党参、枸杞、生姜

Ingredients

Astragalus, Tangshan, wolfberry, ginger
Salt
1)羊肉切块用凉水浸泡1-2小时,再放入凉水锅中,烧开焯出血沫,然后取出用水将浮沫冲洗干净。
Soak the mutton slices in cold water for 1-2 hours, then put them into a cold water pot, boil the scalded hemorrhagic foam, and then take out the water to wash the foam.

2)把羊肉,药材全部放进汤锅加入适量的清水,开大火烧开后,改小火炖1个半小时以上。加适量盐调味即可。
