Hi Steemit !!!
Today I have a recipe for children, baked apples with cottage cheese. But adults can also eat)))
I know that a lot of children do not want to eat cottage cheese. Prepare children this recipe, I think they will be happy))) ...
Ingredients:
Apples - 6-7 pieces (I take seasonal, sweet)
You can take any that you like. If the apples are soft, just reduce the baking time.
Curd - 200 - 300 grams
Raisins to taste.
Grapes.
Walnut.
Honey sauce:
Honey - 2-3 teaspoons
Olive oil 2-3 teaspoons
Lemon juice (you can and without it).
Preparation:
They washed apples, cut off the caps from apples and pulled out the core with a spoon.
Cottage cheese mash with a fork. Raisins soaked in boiling water and leave for 5 minutes. Then drain the water and add it to the cottage cheese. Raisins will give sweetness. If you do not use raisins can sugar in the cottage cheese.
Make honey sauce:
3the fine spoons of olive oil
3A little spoons of honey
1 spoonful of lemon juice
a mixture of herbs (can be without them).
And add the sauce cottage cheese, but not all. Leave some sauce to water the ready apples.
We start apples with a curd mixture. We put it in a baking dish.
Cover them with lids and send them to the oven for ~ 20-25 minutes to bake at a temperature of 200C.
We take the apples, let them cool down a bit. Add to them grapes and walnuts. We pour everything on top of the remnants of honey sauce.
And call the children to eat yummy)))) Bon appetit !!
