Chicken baked in mustard sauce with mushrooms, and potatoes baked with cheese!!
So, we need
Chicken 1.5 kg
Mushrooms 300 grams
Potatoes (quantity optional)
Onion 1 piece
Cheese Adyghe
Cream 100 grams
Mustard 1 teaspoon
Chicken broth or water 250 ml
Greenery
A mixture of Italian herbs
Salt to taste
We cut the chicken into small portions, fry it until golden brown and put it into a baking dish.
We prepare mustard sauce with mushrooms:
We cut mushrooms and onions, then all together fry until the moisture evaporates.
Pour broth into the mushrooms and bring to a boil. Add the cream and put the mustard. All well mixed and cook the sauce over low heat. It should get a little thick.
Fill our chicken with mustard sauce and take up potatoes.
We make incisions in potatoes, but not until the end. In the cuts we insert cheese, from above all we will season with spices, we will salivate and a little olive oil. Pack the potatoes in foil.
We remove our chicken and potatoes in a preheated oven, bake at a temperature of 200C for 30-40 minutes.
