Today for lunch we have a swimmer with a homemade chicken. My family likes it, so I cook pilaf often.
)
Cooking time ~ 1 hour.
So.....
We will need:
Chicken (I take home) - 400g.
Round rice - 1.5-2 cups
Onion - 1 piece
Carrots - 1 piece
Garlic - 5-6 denticles.
Olive oil 100mg
Flour seasoning 1.5-2 spoonfuls
Greenery
Salt and black pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
Rezhim chicken per portioned pieces. We pour the oil on the pan. We spread the chicken into a frying pan. And fry it over medium heat for about 7-10 minutes.
Cut the onions, three on a grater carrots, cut the greens and garlic.
When the chicken is a little fried in a frying pan add the grated carrots and onions to it.
Cover the lid and fry all together for about 7-10min.
Add to the garlic garlic and seasoning for pilaf. Peppered and poured a little. All mixed.
Wash the rice. Spread it on top of the chicken.
We have 3.5-4 glasses of water and salt to taste rice. Cover with a lid and cook the pilaf on a small fire.
After boiling, cook rice for 5-10 minutes.
After the rice cooked for 5-10 minutes sprinkled with greenberries and turn off the fire.
Cover our pilaf with a lid and leave for 30 minutes.
After half an hour our friable pilaf is ready.
