Ingredients:
1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
2 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons olive oil
10 cloves of garlic unpeeled, soaked in water to soften the skin
1/2 Cup white wine
2 Bay leaves parsley for garnish, chopped
salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
Place chicken pieces in plastic bag with flour, salt and pepper. Shake up.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and put on it the chicken and garlic. The pan should be large enough that the chicken fits in one layer. Fry the chicken on each side, until Golden brown.
Add the wine and Bay leaf and boil for 1 minute.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
