Hi guys! I have a super delicious recipe for you that after a little prep, will take 5 minutes to assemble. Cookies and cream banana "nice" cream. Let's get on to the recipe!
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen ripe bananas
- 4-6 chocolate sandwich cookies (plus more for garnish if desired)
- A splash of milk(I used non-dairy, but use your preferred choice)
Instructions:
- Freeze bananas ahead of time
- Place bananas and half of the cookies in blender(or food processor)
- Add a dash milk as needed to help blend
- Pour into bowl or cup and layer with crushed remaining cookies.
This recipe makes about one large 12 oz serving, 2 medium 6 oz servings, or 3 small 4 oz servings.
Enjoy! This dessert is amazing and perfect for those who don't want a lot of dairy in their diet. A perfect alternative to ice cream to satisfy any sweets craving.

mhh, this reminds me of ho I do banana milk shakes: old banana, milk, vanilla ice, and maybe some cacao powder as topping <3. I never tried making an alternative to ice cream, but I love banana and cookies, I have to try this recipe, thank you for sharing!
