The ingredients you should prepare to make black pepper meat are as follows:

Material:

• 500 grams of meat has
• 2 tbsp margarine for sauteing
• 4 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
• 2 cm ginger, finely chopped
• 200 ml of water
• 34 tsp salt
• 2 tsp black pepper, roughly ground
• 3 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 spring onion, cut into 2 cm

How to make:

1. Cut the square pieces of meat has size 2 x 2 cm. Set aside

2. Preheat margarine sauteed garlic and ginger until fragrant. Enter the meat. Stir until it changes color.

3. Add water, salt, black pepper, sweet soy sauce, chilli powder and sugar. Cook until cooked and thick.
